If you are looking for the Representative Boehner contact form that you may have heard about, we have it here for you, complements of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee website.

As you have surely heard by now, Congressman John Boehner, Republican House Minority Leader (R-Ohio) is now somewhat notorious for his recent statement, made during his weekly press meeting last Thursday that he doesn’t know anyone who supports a public option with regard to the health care reform negotiations. Representative Boehner told the press, “”I’m still trying to find the first American to talk to who’s in favor of the public option, other than a member of Congress or the administration.”

Rather than wonder about how this could possibly be, we thought we’d just post the Boehner contact form here so that you could add yourself to the petition, and let him know that you are an American who is in favor of a public option for health care.
